Dormant, by E. Nesbit (1858 - 1924)
Dormant is a gothic novel. It begins breezily enough with seven friends starting out in life. Rose, the artist, falls in love with Anthony, the chemist. Things become increasingly complicated and sinister as Anthony comes into an unexpected inheritance. He gains riches, property, position, and a secret, long lain dormant. (Summary by Amy Gramour)

Hi Jillian,
Yes, I think it will be a nice solo project. I'll change it over and move us to Going Solo.
You will be the BC for the book then so I'll send you information about how to access and use the MW.
Thanks!
Amy

This is such a fun book so far! I'm so glad that you are reading it!

Ch. 1 PL ok!

A couple of notes on Ch. 2:
17:51-17:54 These couple of seconds are a good 4 dB or so louder than the surrounding text. It's rather a sudden change, which makes it jarring to hear. The same thing happens again at 18:22-18:27. You have also left a little more silence than you really need at the end of your recording. You need only 5 seconds, so you could stand to lose 2 seconds or so.

Apologies for taking so long! I have just uploaded the edits to Chapter 2. I would like to keep this as a solo. Expect Chapter 3 shortly.
