No corrections needed here. You did a nice job as always. I enjoyed listening to Silvia Witherspoon's tale. She sure had a different idea of being treated good, but I guess it probably was compared with many other plantations.

This is PL OK.

OK. This is sketchy! Audacity didn't open for me. I discarded it and installed the new Audacity. After recording it I noticed the bit rate was incorrect. I messed around. I think I might have to start all over again.

This happens when you install a new version of Audacity -- all your settings are lost and revert to the default.
Easy to correct, however.

When you export as .mp3, look below to the Format Options section.
For Bit Rate Mode, check "Constant."
From the Quality drop-down menu select, "128."
As an added safe guard, for "Channel Mode" check "Force export to mono."

Then export.
These setting should remain set this way so you won't have to think about them again.

Upload the new file.
Let me know how it goes.

I think I did it. This is uploaded file with the proper settings. I hope. Technology has been stressing me.
A new version of processor installed itself so lots of little things, including how librivox.org comes forth, is different.

Thank you, Larry.

Well, all the settings were fine as was the reading. Just one little word to be changed.
I hear "Grainville" should be "Gainesville" in "up de Gainesville"

Thanks,

I'd like to try one more. Submission will be in late April most likely. 121 Lilah Walker tells an interesting story. If y'all have any guesses what "miassahs" could be, please say. A Google search shows she's the only reference on the entire internet of that word! Mists rising maybe? Giving that kind of intonation unless either you or mleigh have other suggestion.
Thanks.
