OOPS my dyslexia is acting up...when I asked for section 56, I really meant 65 for Sarah Ann Green. Rather stick with women's stories since my voice matches. Can you switch that assignment to 65?

Thanks for the guidance and check.
Thank you.

Here are my comments from your sections.

Section 1 is now PL OK. :)

Sections 6 and 12 are also PL OK.

Section 38 please delete between 1.5 and 2 seconds from the start and repost.

Section 27, I need to try to download again which is why I don't have it for you.

All sections were well read.

Thanks,

Sorry, I researched the name for section 86 and found men with that name. However, while reading, I discovered the last paragraph indicated the interviewee was a woman. I can have my wife (she's a LibriVox volunteer as well) record it or submit what I recorded. Please advise.

PL comments.

Sections 88 and 89 are PL OK.

Section 85 needs one long addition and one tiny one.

at 0:01 please add "Section # of Slave Narratives: a Folk History of Slavery in the United States From Interviews with Former Slaves, Volume XI, North Carolina Narratives, Part 1. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information or to volunteer, please visit librivox.org."

Please also add about 1 more second of silence to the end.

Good reading. :)

I have a couple of comments on your recording.

Could you please add at least .5 sec to start to get it between 0.5 and 1 sec long
At 0:33 please insert "1308 Poole Road, Route # 2. Raleigh, North Carolina" after "Georgina Foster".
Please add about 1 seconds of silence at the end so that it is about 5 seconds in length.

While the quality of your recording is fine you might want to do some noise reduction on it to reduce the level of background noise on your recordings. You do not have to do this here as the level is acceptable here.

Overall, it was well done.

Thanks,
