Thanks! However, because I'm me, I didn't realise I deleted most of the file until after I had re-uploaded the file to the server with the same filename. So even when I click to download, I'm getting the one that's only 55 seconds long, which is the same one I had on my computer because I very confidently just saved over everything. It's all good. I can get it re-done this week with no trouble.
