Poetry of Jacint Verdaguer

Hi everyone! 
We're new here, and we have recorded the poem Canigó by Jacint Verdaguer, divided on it's chants. We would like to upload to Librivox the poem on our own, because as I've said, we have the completed poem already recorded. We'd like to know how to proceed to upload the project to Librivox.
I did'nt say it before, but the poem is recorded in Catalan.
