How can I download files while DPLing?

I am facing major issues while finding the download options for my first assignment as a DPL. I need help.
The project you have volunteered to PL, The Dorrington Deed Box, has no files to PL yet. The reader hasn't submitted any.
When the soloist submits a section, there will be a "Listen" link in the Magic Window, and the row will be marked as "Ready for PL." When that happens, you can either click the Listen link and listen directly through your browser, or you can right click and save the file to your device.
