I left out a complete sentence, DUH!!
Hey guys, while proof reading a chapter, I've recorded, I left out a complete short sentence. Is there any way I can insert said missing sentence by splicing the audio an moving the audio to create a space to record it??? Any tips and tricks you seasoned veterans??

Audacity?
Yes - record the missing line either in a new window or a new track. Cut/copy it, put your marker in the spot where it's supposed to go, and Paste. If you did it in a new track, delete the now unused track.
Voila!
(Just like in a word processing program, it'll move the rest of the contents to make room for the pasted in stuff.)
