Finished adding all of the available metadata to everything except the Lunn and Bloxam stories... and this one, as the author needs to be added to the catalogue.

I made one last-ditch effort to find the Edward Prime Stevenson stories I mentioned in an earlier post... and actually found a digital scan that I think we can use.
