If available I would like to claim Section 16 on Holger Drachmann.

Hi Owlivia,
I never tire of the Sherlock Holmes stories! A few notes for section 15: at 3:16 please insert the missing line--"It is a hobby of mine to have an exact knowledge of London." At 8:51 L300,000 should be changed to L30,000 in "...the stake will be some L30,000; and for you, Jones..." At 12:50 300,00 napoleons should be 30,000 napoleons in "...30,000 napoleons from the Bank of France..."

Who shall I say is the author of Section 16 on Holger Drachmann? Is it Charles Harvey Genung the translator?

As I said above, Holger Drachmann. But maybe I am not understanding your question, so here is what should be said in the intro:

"Section sixteen of Library of the World's Best Literature, Ancient and Modern, volume 12. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org. Library of the World's Best Literature, Ancient and Modern, volume 12. Section sixteen. Selected works by Holger Drachmann"

Then you read the biography, and the selected works.

At the end, the outro would be:
"End of section sixteen".
