Hi I honestly should pull out of this project. I am still working up the nerve to do the one minute test and I'm very shy about it. Would you please open up my part for someone else?
Thanks Bunches,

I will do that.
There will always be plenty of projects for you when you are ready.

But, please don't be shy about the test recording. It is not an audition or anything -- just to check out the recording specifications and format. And, we are a very kind and encouraging group. :) And, most of us remember our beginning jitters too. I started with a poem (not a bad idea to do something short, and we always have a lot of poetry projects going on) I probably recorded it a dozen times trying to get it right. I didn't understand about editing.

I'm sure you'll be just fine. So, just jump in and give it a try. You'll like it here. :)

Beautiful job! Just a few very easy fixes for you:

4:42 and 4:56- repeat of "At length he found the place where the animal was in the habit..."; first one can be cut

12:30 and 12:34- repeat of "He shuffled along behind Bobby Coon..."; first one can be cut

I didn't think you needed to apply compression, though I do admit I still don't have a firm grasp on compression

Oops! I missed those! Tried the clapping trick to find mistakes and obviously I need to clap louder. :) All fixed now. Thank you so much for your help!
