pm inbox fullness

I am trying to pm my co-project worker. All of my pm to her stay in my "outbox" and do not go to the "sentbox". I am hoping this is because her inbox is full. BUT, naturally if that's not it then I am clueless and need help. Thanks, Laura

They stay in the "outbox" until the recipient reads them. Then they land in the "sentbox".
