Welcome to Librivox, Laveena!

Two points I'd like to mention for your recording setup. One is the bit rate, you can set that when exporting as mp3. Check the format options in the Export Window, and choose "Constant" for Bit Rate Mode, and "128 kbps" for Quality. Then click Save to export and Audacity should keep these settings for all future exports.

The other is that you have a few plosives, that's when air/breathing creates distortion in the microphone. I can hear it more distinctly on the f/v sounds, like for example at 0:06 in the recording "for fable fans", to see what I mean. To avoid plosives, you can try a different angle/distance from your microphone, so that air/breath does not hit it directly, but goes past it.

When ready, try a new recording, and post here again to check bit rate and sound quality :D Thank you!
