Interesting. I don't remember hearing the morning prayer before. Must have had a sheltered life. And, I wasn't taught the closing line of the evening prayer.

Me, too! We have a prayer to our guardian angel which I guess served as the morning prayer. That last line to the evening prayer is new to me, also.
