There were section titles in every one. I put them there. They disappeared, probably during validation by something I did. Can I re enter them into the section compiler?

Yes, to make them show up on the catalog page (which I see you've done). That won't change the files at Archive. To change them at Archive, you'd have to fix them in the validator and send them to Archive again. :?
