Syrus seems to be left, "wretch that I am"
I would enjoy taking him on.

On the road again, so delays are possible

an excellent start, Adrian. Wow, Chremes is such a soft-spoken person. I was wondering whether you could keep up that voice for the whole act, but you did. Quite interesting to listen to. But he has his moments of passion too. A complex character. Well done.adrianstephens wrote: ↑December 10th, 2019, 8:19 am Chremes act 1 @ 7:54

I'll mark this act PL ok, but I have a note for the voice credit:
> for the voice credit please always read the full description, which you can always see in the MW. That way we don't need the narrator's voice introduced into your credit: "Chremes, an old gentleman, living in the country, read by Adrian Stephens"
since there are no other mistakes in this act, you don't need to reupload. Simply include the full credit line in Act 3 please I'll make a note for Todd as a reminder to use that correct one
Thanks, looking forward to the rest

Here's act 3. IMHO, the Chremes character really doesn't arrive until Act 5. Hopefully I can post the remainder today.
Chremes, act 3 @ 11:56 and a squidgeon.

oh but he is starting to get more forceful now here with Syrus. Giving him a piece of his mind Quite the contrast to the previous scene with Menedemus. I loke complex characters. You're doing great so far.adrianstephens wrote: ↑December 12th, 2019, 1:18 amHere's act 3. IMHO, the Chremes character really doesn't arrive until Act 5.
Voice credit now complete, thank you. And this act is totally PL ok as well.

wow super job in Act 5, Adrian Now finally Chremes loses his gentle disposition and freaks out what a tirade, but quite believable under the circumstances. Excellently acted out. Loved it !adrianstephens wrote: ↑December 12th, 2019, 4:59 amYou asked for it :0)...
