oh shock ! he's a CREEP !!!!! you definitely took my advice to heart and went over-the-top. This is brilliant, Adrian ! This slimy, breathy voice is deliciously evil. I don't understand why Columbine doesn't run away screaming the moment Polichinelle opens his mouth but it's a wonderful character. You gave this love comedy a bit of a ghoulish twist. I was spell-bound listening to this voice, shuddering (in a creeped-out-but-enchanted way).

Also the complete change of character in the end where he finds he is the duped one is expertly crafted.

Loved it ! Thanks for tackling the role.

And I hope you still can get back into character because you missed some crucial lines so you're not done yet.

I found a version with "ee" at 0:18: "I think Columbine has discovered us" (p. 99) and at 0:24: Signora Columbine (p. 99). So either change those two, or this one at 3:33.

ah more creepiness awaiting...perfect. In the "I should be sorry" speech Polichinelle really sounds like he would lose it soon

I have a few notes though:

> at about 0:04: you forgot the intro disclaimer: "Love Magic by Gregorio Martinez Sierra, translated by John Garrett Underhill. This is a Librivox recording. All Librivox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit Librivox dot org."

> after this please also add: "Characters", then naming them all in the order in which they appear on the first page: "The prologue read by", "Pierrot, read by", "Columbine, Pierrot's wife, read by" etc (including the character descriptions)
> maybe after this, repeat once again "Love Magic", so the listeners know that it's starting now

> at 0:15: (p. 98) "in Pierrot's garden" - it sounds a bit like you say "the Pierrette". In fact, Pierrot usually hasn't the final 't' pronounced, only "Pierro", to distinguish it from the female form Pierrette which has the ending pronounced. In most of the cases you say Pierrot with a very distinct "ott" so it's ok to also pronounce the 't', because this is different enough from Pierrette where you say "att" in the final syllable. But I noted three places where you don't differentiate much from Pierrette. Could you re-do this one and the next two with a more clear "o" sound please ?

I notice that a new Moliere has appeared. Can I claim Hali the Turk?

In the new Moliere, I would offer to play "Adraste, a French gentleman, in love with Isidore".
I would also welcome any comment as to whether I should play in my natural "central English" accent, or put a slight french accent into it. ("there"->"zhere" etc...).
