An admin must enter you in the system before I can assign you, but I have reserved your place. I think the admin will ask for your 'reader name.' I'm afraid I don't know how that works. I assume it can be given name or nearly anything else.

BCs can enter new readers (click the Add Reader button when you're logged into the MW). Only admins can change reader info once a reader has been added.

Hey, thanks! I'll add you into the system now.

If you're confident enough in your recording, just let the 'mistake' slide. It will be found by our PLer, which might be me! (I don't remember.)

If you're intending to re-do parts, then we'll wait until your done before uploading the recording. Our aim is to PL just once and then follow up with, we hope, just one Spot PL.

As for the length, anything less than 70 minutes or so is fine, so don't worry about splitting the recording up.

And you're right about Kuprin's lack of renown today. I can't say I know much about him, to be honest. He spans, in style, the Russian 'masters' and the modernists.

I'll have to think about an English-speaking literary comparison.
