14 is PL OK. Nice tribute to Brann . . . . and what's this about his half written novel?

Are you using a new mike? New setup? Sounds deeper, fuller, more resonant.

Brann started a novel and wrote enough of a play to have it performed.
It was completed by his son, Willie, I think.

Yes, I am using a lapel mic clipped to the ear piece of my glasses.

Section 23 is PL OK.

I just love the droll way that the author closes this piece with a "neutral" comment about Davis. Ha!
In essence he says that he didn't know much about Davis so he won't criticize him and note only that the first and last time the author saw Davis was when he was bushwhacking another man (Brann).

In my personal opinion, this recording is a perfect union between great oratorical text and great speaker.
Both you and Brann done damn good! :clap:

With some minor editing, mostly replacement of some antiquated words, your performance would be gangbusters on YouTube.
