Welcome, Angelique!

Are you in love with and devoted to GarageBand? If so, we can try to get the tech settings correct on it, but it's difficult to do. Also, I don't think GB has a good noise reduction feature.

If you're not married to GB, then I highly recommend using Audacity.

On this test, we've got a few issues: it's in stereo, the bit rate is incorrect, and there's a lot of background noise. GB is notorious for not being able to get the bit rate and mono/stereo thing correct at the same time. So if we can move to Audacity, it will be easier in the long run, I think.

Thank you for the suggestions and feedback.
I have used Audacity in the past but I have been struggling with downloading it onto my new Mac even with special instructions. So for now all I have available to me is Garage Band until I can figure it out.

I'm trying to upload a new test using Adobe Audition, but the user and login isn't working for me. Has the login information changed since I last uploaded an audio test?

What kind of error message is it giving you?
