Let's do another Aussie-play. I heard from Chris that Mrs Pretty has got quite a solid number of hits in the first week online. 8-) Probably massive support from Down-Under.

Over 21,000 views in the 12 days since release on archive.org. So call it 1,750 views per day. The rate seems to be accelerating too, as it was 6000 in six days the last time the views-count updated.

Chris has probably launched an Australia-wide campaign for this play. I hear the local cops are big fans

I figured he has gotten all the sheep riled up to save their home pastures at Wyanora.

Thanks, Todd

On Chris's recommendation, I'll try the role of Tossie, please. :)

Hahaha! I heard your voice for Tossie when I read this play yesterday, Devorah. Your voice would be perfect for sweet innocent Tossie! :D

excellent job on Mrs Hebblesthwaithe, Foon  hehe, I had to smirk when Maggs finally realizes that she is not prepared to raise his income for him by continuing to work. Though I find she is way too fast in the marrying business.

Act 3 is PL ok.

one small note for Act 2:

> at about 1:36: please insert missing line p. 25: "Till tonight, Charteris !"

thank you

That's MISS Hebblethwaithe--for now, that is! I mean, if a fella gives you a good snoggin', you gotta scoop him up and ditch your job to cook him meals, no?

Miss Hebblethwaithe certainly got her way with Maggs quickly enough. Her gift of wine was well-received ... but whatever did she mean by “Candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker”...? :hmm:
