We agree then :)
I've just finished recording the next chapter. I'll be editing it shortly.

BTW, I also looked at the Bolivar book you suggested. I'm not sure yet if I take it on.

And the second war concludes. (Section 41 has been uploaded).
Also, if you want to follow the events on a map, see http://www.gutenberg.org/files/48856/48856-h/images/illus_p297_lg.jpg

EDIT: The author mentions the action of "spiking guns" few times throughout the book, so I just Googled it. IN case you're interested: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Touch_hole

Yes, I knew that spiking the guns was something like that. I thought it rendered them useless for longer, though. :)

Yeah, the contrast couldn't be greater. I wonder if Mitre is exaggerting this?

Anyway, another early morning editing session, another file uploaded. :)

The painting mentioned in the note can be seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arturo_Michelena#/media/File:Vuelvan_caras.jpg

Btw. I was weirded out by the author's mentions of lance and lancers, but it didn't occur to me that Poland itself had a proud tradition of uhlans up until the 20th century https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uhlan I guess I always associated them with sabres.

That painting would make a good basis for the CD cover for this project.
