As you will tell from the recording, I am not quite back to normal. Please be brutally honest and tell me if you think I should redo it when I have more of my voice back; if listening causes you to clear your throat constantly and reach for the cough drops, that may be a bad sign.

P.S. I know nobody at Librivox is actually capable of being brutally honest; the people here are just about the kindest I've ever met online.

It honestly sounds fine to me! No throat clearing, no reaching for cough drops!

I thought at first perhaps your voice sounded a little deeper than normal, but I went and listened to a smidgen of an earlier file to compare - and they sounded basically the same! (We are always our own worst critic!)

It is PL OK of course!

Librivox is a little piece of niceness in the midst of the crazy internet, but I am sure there are those who will be brutally honest if asked to be.

It can be hard sometimes to say the things that sometimes need to be said - although I promise I am being completely honest with my opinion of how this section sounds!
