Welcome! Thanks for submitting your test. There are a couple of things we'll need to address on it before we can mark it ok.

First, you've submitted a .wav file, but it ought to be mp3. Double check your Audacity settings and try again. Here is a helpful link: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=Audacity_1-2-3 Especially pay attention to the information under the heading "Configure."

I also heard a strange sort of distortion in your recording. It sounded to me like the volume was fading in and out. This may be your mic, or perhaps it could be related to the incorrect file format, but I'm not tech savvy enough to really know whether or not this would make a difference. I'd say try to fix the tech settings first, then we'll see if we can figure out what's going on with the sound.

The Mpow 071 is a headset mic with noise cancelling. You need to turn off the noise cancelling function.
