Hi Linny -

Just dropping you a line to let you know I am recording my sections presently - I expect to be submitting them by the end of next weekend. As I am going away I am preparing things for me to do (like PL) while on the long plane ride unless I get to it earlier....

Have you heard anything from Philip? I thought of him when recording today as he made the Sections so easy to read! :)

Lynda
I realize Lynda's claim has expired but since her last post sounded as if she had finished the recordings I'm going to give a little extension. Her signature line indicates she should be back from her trip but it can take a little bit to get back up and running. Hopefully she checks in soon.

Hi Linny and Helen!

Yes, jet lag can be a pain in the butt getting over a 9 hour time difference!

I have recorded all but one and need to PL myself almost all of them as I was trying on the plane and I kept nodding off... Those lie flat beds were just too inviting!

I would think I will have them all submitted within the next 7 days one by one so I do not overwhelm Helen :)

Wonderful news! Thank you.

How long of a flight was that? My husband has leave later this month so he gets to come home for three weeks. It's an 8 hour time difference for him and his flight is 16.5 hours. I was able to get him a nonstop though so he's happy.

Paris to Toronto was 7.5 hours flying and our layover was 4 hours which turned into 7 due to a stinky plane in Toronto that had to be replaced and then another 5.5 hours flying to get home to Vancouver. In all we spent 36 hours traveling from door to door.

It was MUCH better going over non stop to Frankfurt and then a quick connect to Milan where we started our vacation. That was about 24 hours door to door with the Vancouver to Frankfurt flight at about 9.5 hours.

Ugh, sounds like my husband’s Australian assignment. DC to LA to Sydney to the Outback. All total it was pushing 2 days or travel time. Needless to say he didn’t get home during that assignment.

I hope you made lots of wonderful memories.

MW updated for Helen.

Hi Helen -

Thanks for letting me know I sent you the incorrect Section 70.

Here is the correct one that I PL'd :) The other one was my original recording.

Hi Lynda,
Shaking my head, you were supposed to be relaxing and having fun in Paris, not thinking about my PL work.
PL notes:
16:14 I only wish I could pitch that infernal Irish coachman...repeated/corrected line
18:35 head-quarters for the information he so much deserved....s/b desired.
20:48 ever since that it has stood as it now does, a memorial... repeated/corrected line
