Good test Ryuken, there are a couple of technical issues that need correction...
- your file is in stereo, we need mono (set in Audacity's Edit/Preferences/Devices - Recording - Channels 1 (Mono)
- the bitrate is 160 kbps (variable), we need 128 kbsp constant (Export Audio/Format Options - Bitrate Mode Constant - select Quality 128 kbsp from the dropdown list
- the volume is near the low end at 87.6 dB with a background noise level of 48.5 dB
You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker
You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB

Oh wow, that Checker is actually very useful. Took me 2 tries to correct it (I was 1 dB over the recommended volume... )
