Here's The Blood Drips (excellent story! :D)

There were a few long dashes in the text, like below:

"On alighting at ----, after an hour's run through a pleasant country (...)"

I've read these as "blank", so in this case, "On alighting at 'blank', after an hour's run (...)"

Is that the way to go or should I have dealt with those differently?

See or hear me make a mistake in English? Please tell me!

Readers Needed: Swanhilde, and other Fairy Tales
Listeners Needed: Sonnetten van Jacob Winkler Prins (Dutch)
