22 is up. The tension mounts as we head toward the conclusion!

Apparently today is my 5th anniversary with LV, Ann. Time really does fly. Seems like only yesterday.... I believe you were one of, if not my first, connection with the the LV community, and I'm still enjoying the ride. :)

OK, that last line in chapter 23 explains the whole problem with Cora, but then I get to the end of chapter 24, and I'm like, "Whoa." Very Dramatic! Both are PL OK!

Yes. Some very perceptive* and sensitive* writing here. I don't understand or agree with some of the so-called reviews in Goodreads.

*I just might tinker with the summary and add those words to it.
