... though, as I've said in a PM, it may not be suitable. If not, I'll pop it into a future podcast.
I'll see if I can find something a bit more Christmassy.

Well, I would prefer that you speak in English, since the rest of the podcast will probably be in English. But if you can't, that's fine -- it'll just be a multilingual podcast!mongope wrote:Muchísimas gracias por el mensaje de participación a este proyecto. Lo tendré en cuenta...Pero en español?
Felicidades por esta genial idea.
Thanks for your interest!
Thank you, Peter!! Awesome!Peter Why wrote:Here's another: https://librivox.org/uploads/cori/communitypodcast_1116_py_upcoming.mp3

I uploaded a couple of files but they wouldn't link here and then I realized the naming was causing trouble so I renamed them and reloaded them. Not sure if this is what you're after but here it is:

Yes, this looks right -- the only thing is that LibriVox files should always be named with only lowercase letters (but it's okay for this time).mzmolly65 wrote:I uploaded a couple of files but they wouldn't link here and then I realized the naming was causing trouble so I renamed them and reloaded them. Hello Twinkle88! Thank you for the message - I would definitely love to participate!
For me personally, since I'm not of the Christian faith, Christmas has always been about singing with my choir and friends. Therefore I'd like to sing and record What Child Is This (one of my favourite carols!) - and it's definitely in the public domain as the tune was composed in the 15th century, and the lyrics were written in 1865. Here's the tune and the lyrics in the public domain: https://archive.org/stream/christ00bram#page/n3/mode/2up
I'll put it up soon!

Perhaps you would like to put that in the Christmas Carols collection as well?anushar04 wrote:Hello Twinkle88! Thank you for the message - I would definitely love to participate!

Thank you, Twinkle! This looks like fun. As I've never heard or participated in an LV podcast, perhaps you could send me a link to an example? Then, I'll have a better idea of what I'm getting into. Thanks!
Peace be with you,
Sister
