That sounds very interesting, it is certainly doable here - and I even found an online version on archive:

However, it says there that it has 400 or so pages - that's a very long solo for a beginner! Recording a book takes much more time than simply reading it, so it might be better if you could find something smaller as a first solo? Or at least, start with a section or two in a group project, just to make sure you have the time and stamina it takes to get this whole book done for our catalog.

In any case, let's wait for your microphone to arrive and don't forget to do the 1 minute test!

I'm a very determined individual once I've committed. Will be spending four months on the Caribbean island of Montserrat with time on my hands. This is a book that I would really like to make available as it is dear to my heart. Montserrat is also a topic in the book. I'm traveling Nov.27 so I expect to begin to download the software and do the two minute test shortly after. Please keep this title reserved for me.
