Welcome to LibriVox! Section 46 is yours, thank you! But, please do your one minute test first, before recording your section. It is our way to make sure your settings are where we need them to be, which will make your life much easier! What name would you like credited on your catalog page?

I am going to move your test over to the Listener's Wanted forum, that way you can get the someone to listen to your test and give you better feedback than I can give!

ETA: Someone has already moved your test over! viewtopic.php?f=21&t=71044

Section 44 (Book IV, Chapter I) (41:31)

It took me more than an hour to upload it, and succeeded only on the fourth attempt. Is that normal?

Ciao!

No, that is not normal, but sometimes there is something going on somewhere in the world. Thank you, I will listen to this one as soon as I can!

Section 44 needs one quick edit, then it will be perfect. The volume is currently 83.2 dB, if you could amplify by 6 dB, then it will be right at our target volume of 89 dB.
