I'm interested to find and read a book referenced in Cutten's, "psych. of alcoholism," called "rescue mission work." it was written or used by Samuel H. Hadley at the Jerry McAuley Mission in NYC back in the 1860's to maybe the 1890's or even later. this may have been a pamphlet or book.
