I'm not sure who to talk to on this one, but it looks like the file is cut off at the end. It seems to end abruptly and doesn't contain PG's usual endmatter.

Checking against the scans, it looks like the only thing missing is the Project Gutenberg license at the end.

Ok, I thought that might be the case. It actually looks like that's an issue on several of the newly posted ones.
