Got as far as trying to paste in the url link for the file but it wouldn't let me save the link!
getting there but not quite .... :?:
Update.... managed to paste in the links . Was I supposed to do that or should I have waited for the PL ok first??
plus... do I need to enter the titles into the MW too?
So many questions!

Sorry to be a pain. This is all new to me so I am very much in learner mode
cheers for your help
I'm not sure I understand this question, but you seem to have moved past it (if not, please tell me where on the instructions document you are, so that I can be sure I'm answering the right question. :))

You're doing great!

Yes, enter the links as you upload the files. You don't need to enter the PL status in the Notes column, though. The far right column (Status) is where you do that. If you click once on one of the cells in that column, it will change to a pull-down menu, and then you can select the correct status. What you'll want to put in the Notes column is the duration of each file, so that they're all in one place and easy to find. Checking the duration is a quick and easy way to make sure there were no glitches during upload, download or cataloging.

Yes, please enter the section titles in the Title column too. These will get added to the files as ID3 tags during validation, so make sure they look exactly as you'd like to see them in a listing in itunes or on your mp3 player.

I also popped the titles of each story and the length in the MW so hopefully that is okay. Should I also enter the name of the author for each section? If so, where does that info go?

Thanks so much. Only one more to go ....

And have a lovely day, okay?? :D

If you click the little magnifying glass icon next to the title column on each section, that will pop open the place where you can enter author, source and language for each file (though you won't have to worry about source and language). You'll find the rest of the instructions in section G of your BC instructions.

When I tried to enter the author metadata there was nothing on the dropdown menu for the following:
Ella D'Arcy
Arthur Morrison
Sit Arthur Conan Doyle
George Gissing.

Was I mistaken? Do they need to be entered manually? :help:

Plus here is the link to the corrected file for section 2. New duration is 45.39

Thanks so much. Will have a look at the next stage and get back to you guys!
