Thank you...I promise to ask only just this once. It was my very first recording and, after more practice, I found that it was much different than the other two chapters. Next time I will know to wait and submit them together :) So glad that it will not cause more work
Well, sometimes after PL, we are asked to do all or part again... but we try to avoid "I think I could do better" situations. Not a hard and fast rule, just consideration for the PLer 8-)

Well, I've already noticed one editing mistake toward the end of 15, and I feel like the db's will be too high, but I can't tell how many db's I'll need to lower by.

Hi Michelle - you can check your own tech specs using the checker program. The latest version will give you your volume in dB. Info here: http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker
Android users - try Orthografiend, a free word game from the maker of Checker.

Thanks, Sarah....the version of the checker that I downloaded does not show decibels...that would be a great help!! :)

Sections15, 23 and 29 are PL OK!
Halle Kill
I'm going to be away from LV for a while. I have had some serious family things come up and LV is to much at the moment.

READERS: Please check your sections in the NEW Magic Window, to make sure I transferred data correctly. Anything completed and PL OK before July 11 should be fine but information added since then had to be done by hand, and contrary to rumors, I am human

Hi Lynne,
I've gone ahead and changed the uploader link in the top post to the new one (thought we might have finished this one before the switch over!).

Lynne-

Here are sections 20, 24 and 25-

http://librivox.org/uploads/smijen/unclewiggilystravels_20_garis.mp3
Track length - 7:17

http://librivox.org/uploads/smijen/unclewiggilystravels_24_garis.mp3
Track length - 7:50

http://librivox.org/uploads/smijen/unclewiggilystravels_25_garis.mp3
Track length - 7:17

I have a vague recollection of reading (or having read to me) Uncle Wiggly stories at my Grandmother's - fabulous illustrations IIRC, but that may be colored a bit by the years.
