Preface is PL OK!

File name should be guideculinaire_00_escoffier.mp3 but Ruth can change this behind the scenes.

Here is the last link

17.38 min.

I didn't see the change to the tag until I had typed in A guide to modern cookery. I didn't know how to change it to the new one.

thanks, Joanne

Don't worry about tags. I can fix those at cataloguing :).

Greetings all,

I would like to claim sections 1 & 2 (chapter one, fonds de cuisine, parts 1 & 2).

My 1-min test was previously approved, so will go ahead and work on it unless you say otherwise.

Thanks!

Chapter 8 PL notes:
-at 2:31, there's a stumble that would be easy to edit, "this.. the"
-same at 7:15, "th... the"
-outro should just be "end of section 8"

I'm sorry this was waiting for so long! It didn't get added to the MW so kind of fell off my radar.

I can take Section 9 to fill it back up, if no one else has claimed it.

I realise I should have moved this back to Readers Found, so will do so now.

Here's the corrected Section 9. Total time approximately the same...within a half a second at least.
