It's a unit of length in Chinese:

I had this is my recent solo and pronounced it with an i as in "italy".

I'm pretty sure it's the same as mentioned in the text a few lines above:
“Sayonara no
Ureiya nokore
Mizu no neni!”
Would you like a pronunciation guide?

It's transcribed in the book just above the image:
“Sayonara no
Ureiya nokore
Mizu no neni!”
Which is a lucky break, because I can't make heads or tails of this handwriting, aside from recognizing "sayonara" at the start (very curiously written in katakana instead of hiragana, as though it was a foreign word).

Maybe... if it's not phonetic
I could certainly butcher it.

Pretty much phonetic Latin/Spanish.
z in mizu as in "bees".

A book I'm working on has occasional sentences of untranslated Hebrew. I'd love someone to record the phrases for me if it's possible but I'm ok with a transliteration.
The first one is in the middle of the page:

The next pair is at the bottom of the page:

The next pair is in the middle and at the bottom:

Many thanks.

here you go, first read slowly, so you can copy the pronunciation, then faster, so you hear it more fluently
I hope this helps.

Is it from a poem or prose text ? Depending on context, it means something like: "the remains of the past glory"

If you find someone who knows Hebrew, I encourage you to disregard every word I write below.
khah-TAH (sinner) and ah-SHEM (guilty). Apparently, by orthographic rules that are beyond me, the first word can also spell "khet" (sin).
El and Elohim.
The first one was an interesting puzzle for me because half of the letters seem to be written incorrectly, but I'm reasonably confident it was intended to say:
צדקה , צעקה , שינוי השם ושינוי מעשה
tsah-dah-KAH, tsah-ah-KAH, shi-NOO-ee ha-SHEM ve-shi-NOO-ee mah-AH-seh
The second one is: mi-TAH kah-pah-RAH

I can take these on. Do you prefer I read just the Hebrew text? Might be a better flow if I read the associated sentence.

BTW, nice work on the transliteration! The last page truly does seem to be written incorrectly.
But, I agree with your assumption. The text seems to be taken from the Babylonian Talmud, Tractate Rosh Hashana (

Need help pronouncing some Greek words referenced in a Hebrew translation of Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.
Currently recording Chapter 3, which has these Greek word references:
There are also some Greek word references in Chapter 4, which I'm planning on reading soon:
Don't know if this helps, but these should be the original Greek chapters:
