So I've never seen anything like this... In Europe, climate is usually mild, but the thunderstorm that struck Copenhagen last night was crazy

No need to understand Danish to be able to apprehend the pictures:

 Wow, Nadine - that's amazing!

What a great sense of humour, and the ability to cycle through such deep rain!!!

Why can't I see these pictures? I've checked my LV control panel and the right boxes seem to be ticked.

That is a lot of rain. Guess some basements were flooded out!

ETA: we're so lucky we don't have a basement, there was a swimming pool that we filled up and that almost got turned to its old self

WOAH!

Related: one of the China blogs I read has a photo gallery of a similar rainstorm in Beijing a couple of weeks ago.

Just WOW

The Chinese video is disturbing - what IS that waterfall somewhere in the middle??

It's raining here too, but thank goodness not as heavily. I'm freezing though, and drinking lots of tea to keep warm.

The caption under the video link says " ...and shows a spectacular waterfall of flooded rainwater draining into the empty foundation of a construction site, captured by a netizen from his office building."

Are you guys trying to steal my thunder?
Sorry, bad pun, but I could not resist.
Wondering how it's going to be to get to work tomorrow though. My bike does not have floaters

What? Rain???? It doesn't rain where I come from in Texas!
Right now I'm in Indiana, and it is interesting that it rains and there are clouds... ...I got caught in a storm last night trying to get to the orchestra concert. Don't ask me why my sister told me it was time to come in the middle of the torrential downpour!!!
But in Texas??? Brown grass, cracks in the yard, hot, and...???
The pictures are amazing! I wouldn't want to try to ride my bike there...but, yes, in spite of there not being any rain, I can swim. :) I think I'd leave my bike at home. ;)
After this long ramble...I'll say, this is amazing! :D
