Glad to be on Board

I am a second year university student currently pursuing a major in History with a minor in Philosophy of the Mind. I am a big believer in the freedom of information and creative commons. I only dream of the day where most information is available to all via the internet (or other digital means).
Books and reading are major aspects of my life and I would gladly help share that joy with others. Although I prefer traditional paper-based books and they have their many advantages, I see the disadvantages of them too (specifically environmental but also availability of books to the illiterate, etc.) and the pressing need for other methods of exporting that knowledge.
I would be glad to help record books, poems, etc. As well as work on other projects.
Best Regards,
Rob
