Creative Zen V MP3 Player - new, with voice recorder
I would first question the quality of its voice recorder and whether the design of the recorder would allow one to make recordings in a comfortable position.
I have heard good things about the creative zen line though, but if recording is just an extra feature, you might want to look for something that offers recording as its main function as that probably means better quality. You could get a top stand alone mp3 recorder for that much or considerably less.
of course, one could just want the mp3 player because people agree that it kicks ass. There is nothing wrong with that.

I've got a Zen, but I actually haven't tested the voice recording feature yet. I'll give it a try, though, and post the results and you can decide for yourself how it sounds.
