The source of the image https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prince_and_the_Pauper#/media/File:CC_Prince_and_Pauper.JPG does state it is still under copyright and we aren't really using it to promote the comic so I don't think we should use it ?

That isn’t the source I used. The page on Wikipedia is incorrect about the image’s copyright status. Here is the source I used, which has the correct copyright information:

This image is in the public domain. Please let me know if you still have concerns.

That's odd - I checked because it is obviously a 30s 40s image but that link is OK - I'll add it then - Anne
