Anne, I think I've added numbers to all the MW chapter names. Is this properly done? If so, I can now use the MW headings as title and they'll fiut into the automated approach?

That's great - so just ignore ID tags here
It is possible to use other ways - like "Chapter 1 - after the flood" , but then you need to put Chapter 01 if there are more than 9 (else it goes chapters 1, 11, 12 , 13 to 19, then chapter 2, 20, 21 etc (who said computers were smart) . Numbers are safe
