Hi there:

I've just uploaded to the drop a new cover for the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam.

The cover uses a PD image, courtesy of wiki-commons.

So I searched for some free cover tools (because there seem to be no more templates), but for what ever reason I could only find German software.

Here are two:
http://www.chip.de/downloads/CdCoverCreator_19455894.html
http://www.chip.de/downloads/DVD-Cover_18203497.html

I guess they are of limited use. Can someone help us out with some templates or software in English, please?

Yes, of course. Templates are much better then software. Much easier to customize.

For wonderful covers added, thanks Phil and Kathryn!

I especially like the one for the H G Wells - kinda creepy...

Cover in the drop for http://librivox.org/the-woodlanders-by-thomas-hardy/

I've named all the files woodlanders1... so it doesn't clash with the cover Kathryn posted yesterday for version 2 of "The Woodlanders" - good job I didn't finish it yesterday! What an odd coincidence us both working on a cover for that book.

regards
Phil
