Within the file there is a skip between track 56 and 58. Is there a missing section, or is this mislabeled?

Section 57 is indeed missing, both from our catalog page, and from the Archive.org site, as well. As the work was cataloged almost a year ago, we'll have to do some checking to see if the reader, the book's coordinator, or the meta-coordinator happen to have a copy of it, or if it will have to be re-recorded. Thanks for reporting this, funkyfu.

EDIT: Reader was Mochan42, whose last post was May 14, 2007. MC/BC was thistlechick, and alt-BC was luciburg. PM'in all to see if they have a copy of the recording saved.

PMs sent to thistlechick and luciburg. Holding off on sending a PM to Mochan42 due to the lenght of time since his/her last forum post.

<completely irrelevant post> Mochan42 was the first person to claim (and record!) a contribution to my first ever BC project. :D (The splendid Insomnia Collection.) </post>

Her blog is still active...(hint, hint)...would you want to try to contact her and maybe try to "bring her back into the community"?

UPDATE: PMs from both luciburg and thistlechick...neither has a copy of the file. Cori is going to e-mail Mochan42 to see if she either has a copy of the file or wants to re-record it.

I've dropped her an email ... but since this is a holiday weekend, it might well be a while before I hear ...

I did, and she said she'd send it, but I haven't had it as yet (though I should double-check the uploader, I guess, to see if it's arrived quietly.)

CONSTANT VIGILANCE!! ;) I'm asking because I'd like to see some of these older error reports cleaned up.

If no luck obtaining original recording, I'm willing to re-record just to get this off the sticky list. ;)

EDIT: and did... now available at http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/rg/useful_phrases_057_kleiser.mp3

I will upload to archive and do the tidying up unless I hear wails of objection in the next couple of days.

File uploaded, project re-derived, zipfile checked, catalogue page amended.

This project is now complete (unless you know different... )
