Well, that was a shocker. That is not whose body I was expecting.

Chapter 7 is PL OK.
One easy to fix change for chapter 8.
please add about a second of silence to make the ending silence around 5 seconds

I added 1s to Ch 8 and marked it for "spot PL". I have a couple of more that I'm should be able to upload later this evening. The weather (and bird watching) are improving every day though

I'm not quite sure I understand Staines' infatuation with Mary Dane. Tommy is easier to absorb, because he doesn't impress me with being particularly sharp. But I'm willing to suspend disbelief for the sake of the story, which is rollicking
