But, Larry, you have almost 3 times as many posts as I do! Doing the math:
13 years x 365 days a year = 4,745 days.
29175 posts distributed over that time is about 6.15 posts per day!
to my
11743 posts distributed over that time is about 2.5 posts per day!

You been busy!

Yes, PL OK

Well, it is true that I've been busy, and there was a gap of several months where I was totally inactive when my life got turned upside down (not the worst of upside down times, though).

I was going to round up my stats closer to my anniversary date, but at a glance I've been BC for about 335 projects, and DPL for almost 500 projects. Reading? Never tried to figure that out . . . I do plan to cut down on reading for group projects once I get my "studio" set up and concentrate on solo work. And, some other projects.

Well, got a quiet spell here, so I'll try to get some recording done.

Papa always told me: "Beware swarthy agents bearing gifts."

As to your stats, Reader Details shows you as DPL on 23 ongoing projects at the moment. Can that really be?

PL OK -- such subtle intonations, especially at the end.

Yeah, I think that's correct, except for Mark Nelson's solo that I just finished.

About half a dozen are totally inactive and need to be moved. Another half dozen are soloists who are very slow, and some steady but not rapid. A few group projects near completion. I'd say ten or fewer are really active. I've become more selective in what I take on as DPL, mostly soloists that I know. I've had to PL a bunch if sections in one of my BC projects where the DPL lagged so far behind and said she'd had sinusitis, but still hadn't showed up.

Chapter 11.1 is uploaded.

If these chapters had titles, what would this one be?
I wonder how many chapters we have here on Librivox that describe a "do-it-yourself abortion"? How many PD novels include that topic? I haven't run into any thus far. Could this be the first one?

There you go! Everything is PL OK

Buck has a talent for implying what's going on without blunt words. She is so subtle.
