This had to be a written submission to the Congress. It goes on for quite a long time, too long for Congresspersons and Senators to sit still and listen.

I apologize for the lack of energy you may hear in the second half of this section. My health has taken a bit of a downturn and I may take a few days off from this project. We'll see how I feel each day. In truth, it's hard going through this long list of what the President wanted to accomplish in a second term. (It would have been interesting.)
