Hi!

Here's my take: https://librivox.org/uploads/aradlaw/eveningsolace_bronte_neb_128kb.mp3
Duration: 01:50

I haven't uploaded in the short works section yet so, just in case, my credit for the catalog page: honeybeesmeadow

Thanks!

Thank you Bee, good reading, but the volume is low at 81.7 dB.
*You should aim for your waveforms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:

Image

You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/ You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK) (all the other tech specs are there also)

Please amplify and upload a replacement file (with the same filename)

I actually just noticed the decibels fell outside the target range.

Please find the corrected link here: https://librivox.org/uploads/aradlaw/eveningsolace_bronte_neb_128kb.mp3

Sorry about that!

Thank you Navya, good reading, but at 0:55 I hear "But feelings, once as strong as passions," the text reads "And feelings, once as strong as passions," You may wish to correct this.
