Thanks Algy, Todd will assign the role once he has set up the Magic Window.

First Brother (Eld.Bro. in script)
Let me try this guy, so gushingly eloquent when he wants to be.

"Unmuffle, ye faint stars ; and thou, fair moon,
That wont'st to love the traveller's benison,
Stoop thy pale visage through an amber cloud,
And disinherit Chaos, that reigns here"
On the road again, so delays are possible

Sorry Larry but Algy has claimed First Brother just before you. Second Brother is the only role left open, would you take that instead :(

I don't know what to say, because I checked very carefully the posts and there were no claims for this role. This same thing happened recently, and it's very frustrating to take the time to study a script and then have the posts come in out of order somehow. Something is messed up. Not directed at anyone, but just expressing my frustration. Maybe it's something on my end.

So, that said, I would be glad to take the Second Brother and play with Algy! Both parts are equally good, so I'm not upset about that at all. Privileged to work with you and the cast. Truly. :)

PS: Algy thinks he's older than me anyway, although I'm not sure about that.

Hi Larry
Delighted to have you in the cast. Todd will assign you the role of Second Brother once he sets up the Magic Window. I think you and Algy and I are all the same vintage :(
Sorry for any confusion, Algy's post claiming the role is 2 before yours, it came about 3 hours earlier. It is followed by my response to it. I am sure the posts are in the order they were received.

This means Comus is now fully claimed and I think we have a very fine cast
I hope this is all OK with Todd when he sees it

I would like to add the following one act to this collection.

Title: Matchmakers
Author: Annie Eliot Trumbull (1857-1949)
Text: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=uc1.31175035140188&seq=1
Author Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annie_Eliot_Trumbull
Number of roles: 5
Original publication date: 1884
Characters:
-Mr. F. Harrington Courtenay, a banker
-Mr. Aaron Fitworth, a young man with a hobby (Note: is labeled as both Mr. F and Aaron in the script)
-Mrs. Evangeline Rodney, a designing widow
-Miss Henrietta White, Mrs. Rodney’s niece
-Stage Directions

I’d like to claim Henrietta.
