Hi Tanisha,

the bitrate needs to be 128 kbps (constant), your file is 128 kbps (variable). We need this for cataloging purposes. The bitrate can be set when you export/save in Audacity,

You can check your specs using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for a volume around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)

Your volume is a little bit high - 92.6 dB. So yeah, bring it down a little bit also.

Bit rate is now constant, but it's only 56 kbps.

Choose 128 kbps from the pick list for bit rates.

Hmm. That's still 56 kbps.

I suggest downloading and installing Checker: https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/

That way you can check the bit rate yourself instead of waiting for someone to check it for you.
