Hi. I used the uploader link (https://librivox.org/uploader) to upload my test recording but I am not seeing it listed in the forum (viewforum.php?f=21)

The uploader doesn't post to the forum for you, but it does give you a link, which you can copy/paste. Sounds like you're on step 3 of the instructions here:

Someone will be along to give any feedback required, but once you've sent a version that gets the "OK", you can find a group project to join in the "Readers Wanted" forums. InTheDesert has shared how you can pick something to read as a "solo" project, if you wish, after you've got the hang of things.
